Crew bases in great places
With bases across the country, Mesa flight attendants work on flights to a variety of destinations. From Montreal to Nassau, and Santa Barbara to Cabo, our routes cover much of the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean. Bases are assigned during the first few weeks of training and are awarded based on operational need and seniority. If the desired base assignment is not awarded during training, flight attendants can transfer to another base when openings become available.
